I'm working as a Senior Product Manager for Family Hub which has won several CES Innovation awards as a smart fridge. I have been conducting user research to enhance user experience and bring new innovations in the kitchen

Samsung Family Hub is a smart fridge having a large touchscreen (21.5" and 32") which acts as a central center for managing family life at home. It shows a vision of the connected home, where appliances do more than just their basic functions; they become integrated parts of the family life, enhancing convenience, encouraging communication, and efficiency in daily life

The large touchscreen and wifi connectivity allow family members to interact with various apps such as Calendar, Memo, Gallery, Fridge Manager, Internet, Voice assistants and so on
Product Goals and Activities
1. Crafting and Managing User-centric Service

Keep updating applications that can meet family members' needs and enhance engagement with the Family Hub, utilizing data-driven decision-making

Identify Family Hub consumers' pain points and derived new features and updates that can make family life easier such as providing clear notifications on water filter expiration, updating the UI (e.g., navigation bar and widget) to make features more intuitive and usable
